GB and Member-at-Large Nomination Guidelines
Guidelines for the Online Nomination and Election of NRCP Regional Cluster Officers
NOMINATION:
The Secretariat shall announce the call for the nomination of the NRCP Regional Clusters Officers (i.e. Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer) for Visayas and Mindanao not later than the third Friday of November, which coincides with the nomination of the NRCP Governing Board members. The call shall be disseminated through membership e-groups, NRCP Facebook Page and the other social media platforms.
All active Regular members of the regional clusters may nominate qualified members in their respective regional clusters. Self-nominations are prohibited.
Nominees will have to meet the following eligibility requirements:
Must be an active Regular Member of NRCP;
Must not have outstanding financial and technical obligations with NRCP;
Must not have served two full terms as Regional Cluster Officers
Must not have served as a GB Member for one term
Must have submitted short professional profile and formal nomination acceptance; and
Must have submitted Vision Statement for the regional cluster.
The nomination shall be done online via the NRCP Nomination and Election Platform.
All nominations shall be subject to checking and verification by the NRCP Secretariat for eligibility requirements before the release of the official list of nominees.
There should be at least two (2) qualified nominees per Regional Cluster to proceed with the election; otherwise, there will be a declaration of failure of the nomination and election.
Qualified nominees must submit an official acceptance and conforme to the nomination.
In case of a failure of the nomination and election, the incumbent officers will serve in a holdover capacity, by virtue of an NRCP resolution, until a special nomination and election are successfully completed within 90 days, and the new set of officers taken their oath of office, in order to ensure the continuity of the Regional Cluster’s functions and activities.
